Thank you for shopping Precocious Paper! I have now been selling on Etsy for over five years and feel blessed to be a part of this creative community. I create all of my items with care in a smoke-free and pet-free home. I use only the highest quality materials from industry-leading scrapbooking and crafting companies, and I also use recycled items whenever I can. I purchase many of my supplies right here on Etsy to support my fellow Etsians and because sellers here are just plain amazing.
I accept payment through PayPal only at this time. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay by credit card, debit card, and even e-check. Please see this article by Etsy for the how-to: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/361.
Payment must be made within three days of sale or sale will be canceled and your order will be relisted in my shop. Should you need more time, please convo me right away. If you need any help with this process, please convo me and I'd be happy to walk you through it.
Local buyers: I am happy to make arrangements with you for a local pick-up or drop-off. Please convo me to set up the details. If you would like to make payment in cash or check, you can choose "other" for your payment option. If you would like to pay by PayPal or credit card, you can still do so, but I will adjust your listing to reflect no shipping charges.
I ship items USPS First Class Mail, Monday - Friday. Please see the listings or your invoice for an estimated ship date. Items that are pre-made ship faster than made-to-order items. Large orders take a little longer, too. If you have concerns or questions about shipping times, please feel free to convo me.
I ship your purchases in protective bubble mailers, stiff mailers, or boxes. The cost of shipping materials is a part of the shipping charge, but I buy in bulk to keep my prices as low as possible. Once your package has shipped, if you paid $1.00 or more than the actual cost of shipping, I will issue a partial refund that same day.
I can upgrade your shipping method, add insurance, or tracking at your request - please convo me BEFORE making your purchase so that I can set up a special listing just for you.
I ship in person at the post office, but once your package has left my hands, I claim no responsibility for lost or damaged orders. I would be happy to help you locate lost packages, but I cannot be held responsible for refunds should your package not arrive. Please contact me if your package appears to be missing.
Please be sure that your correct mailing address is listed on your Etsy and PayPal accounts. There will be additional costs for re-sending packages to corrected addresses.
I am happy to send packages as gifts to other addresses. Please give me the address and a message if you'd like in the notes to seller box during checkout or via convo. All packages are wrapped nicely with papers and colorful twine, perfect for gift-giving.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I am happy to ship internationally. I ship USPS First Class International. I understand that international shipping can be expensive. I try my very best to charge only the actual shipping cost. Once your package ships, if what you paid is $1.00 USD or more than the actual cost, I will issue a partial refund that same day.
Unfortunately, I cannot ship to Italy at this time. Any orders placed for delivery in Italy will be refunded and canceled.
I can only track a package to customs. If you would like additional shipping services, please contact me for a quote. International buyers are responsible for all additional fees packages might require to enter their country.
Refunds and Exchanges
I handle refunds and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please convo me or email me as soon as you discover a problem so that I can resolve the situation as quickly as possible for you. I would also appreciate the opportunity to make you happy before you leave any feedback.
