If you get a thank you on a cut up recipe and are curious about it, here is the story:
At an auction I got a cookbook with some other things. All the pages were detached from one another and they were just saved in an old plastic bag. It is called "Queen of the Household" and is from 1891. It really isn't worth anything in that condition, but I didn't have the heart to just pitch it. So I've been using the pages for thank you's.
