*NOTE: if you are getting a gift for someone and you do not know what size they are, i recommend the ribbon bracelet and for you to order a MEDIUM. this would be best because it is not too small or big. and since it is adjustable with the ribbon tie, it is easy to tie it onto your wrist with comfort.
If you don't want to get the ribbon kind, I would suggest get the MEDIUM in the thread and tarn styles. These stretch out a little after a while of wear. I wear a SMALL, I'm 5'3" and 115 lbs.
