Most orders will be shipped in less time but it will depend on the number of orders I receive. If you need your item by a certain date just let me know and I will see if I can make your deadline! Orders are completed in the order they are received.

Remember, my items are handmade and can vary slightly!! Also, ribbon may vary!!!

Any item you see in my shop can be personalized just for you! If you have questions, please dont hesitate to contact me. Please remember, Items cannot be started until payment is made. I only use a hi quality vinyl on all items. Hand washing is recommended on all items.

If more than 1 item is needed, just message me and I will create a reserved listing for you!! Most items at the moment take 10 business days for production. Large custom orders will take longer. Orders will be completed in the order in which they are received. Please make sure you allow enough time for your item to be created and shipped before ordering. If you are needing an item by a certain date, please ask and we may can work something out! My items are created in a smoke free home.

SHIPPING INFO
I ship USPS Priority unless it is way too expensive for you and then I ship standard mail. Tracking now comes with priority shipping so if you would like a tracking numer, please ask. I will do my very best to keep shipping charges down .If you do not purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged, Punkie Doodles will not be responsible for replacing the merchandise. For your peace of mind and mine, I can only ship 2 glass items per order if insurance is not purchased. If you are unhappy with a creation, you can ship the item back to me at your expense to and from.
