PurrfectPineapples' Shop Policies

Welcome

Purrfect Pineapples is a cruelty-free fashion label, designed and produced in Toronto, Canada. Purrfect Pineapples has owned and operated by fashion designer Erika Shuhendler since 2004. Cruelty-free means that everything we produce is sweat-shop and animal free. Most of our garments are hand silk-screened, and everything is professionally sewn and serged for a high-quality product. Our artistic influences range from tattoo imagery to Japanese street fashion and everything in between. Our products are hand-made and original. This means that while our garments may cost a bit more than your average mall item, you are paying for fair wages, quality and an original product. Our clothing has been modeled on www.suicidegirls.com and www.godsgirls.com. It is sold at select retail outlets in the Toronto area, as well as online at:

Payment

Paypal is my primary payment method.

I am willing to accept money orders.
Please message me before you purchase anything if you would like to pay with one.

Shipping

I process all orders within 2 weeks. Most items in my store are made to order, in the size and color that you choose. Your order may take up to 2 weeks to construct *BUT* I usually have them shipped out in under one week. This depends on how many orders I have.

I ship everything ground, which usually takes 10 - 14 business days. If you would like faster shipping, I can research the pricing for you and ship your item any way you choose (Overnight, 3 Days, 5 Days, Etc.)

If you would like a tracking #, you will have to pay for it. They are not included in ground shipping costs.

I will always notify you when your item has been shipped! I am always on top of my orders and shipping, promise! <3

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept refunds or exchanges.
I have never had any complaints with this policy, if you feel that you deserve an exchange - please contact me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of my items are professionally sewn/serged to ensure they last. I use top notch quality laces, fabrics and trims. As long as you use the proper care instructions, all Purrfect Pineapples items will stay with you for a long long time!
