Welcome to my shop!!! Below is a general listing of my store policies. If you have any questions that aren't answered here, feel free to contact me via Etsy conversations.
Payment
I accept payment via Paypal. If you cannot pay via paypal please feel free to convo me, we might be able to arrange an alternate method of payment. Please contact me before placing your order if you are interested in arranging an alternate form of payment.
Payment is expected at the time an order is placed. If for some reason payment isn't made or doesn't go through I will contact you via Etsy conversations and/or send you a bill via Paypal. After three days from the order date, if payment still has not been made, I will report the item as unpaid and cancel the transation.
Shipping
I ship via First Class US mail on Mondays through Fridays. I ship as soon as possible after receiving payment. Sometimes I'm able to ship items the same day payment goes through, but in all events I ship by the next business day at latest.
I handle shipping through Paypal in order to provide my buyers with shipping confirmation and tracking at a very low cost. Please ensure that your Paypal address is the one you want your items shipped to. I can ship to an alternate address, but that information must be provided in the notes to seller at the time of purchase and will result in First Class US shipping without Paypal tracking and confirmation. I ship international orders via First Class US Mail, without Paypal delivery confirmations.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't please convo me to work out a return or exchange.

Since I make much of my jewelry with vintage and antique elements, most pieces are one of a kind.
Since I work full time outside of Etsy, due to time constraints I am unable to take custom orders.
I am happy to hold items in my shop for up to one week. If you would like me to place an item on hold, please contact me via Etsy Conversations.
