Thanks for stopping by, please come in and check out my items. All items are described as accurately as possible; as is with most vintage slight imperfections may occur. If you have additional questions on an item, please convo and I'll do my best to handle your concerns.

Payment

I accept Paypal, checks, or money orders. Please note: Personal checks take up to TEN LONG DAYS to clear my bank. Paypal and money orders will not be held.

Shipping

Sorry, due to work issues I can't overnight anything.

Spring/Summer: I ship at least once per week but your item may take up to 7 days to ship depending on when you order.

Fall/Winter: twice or more per week.

CANADA ISSUES: I no longer ship glove molds to Montreal, Canada due to breakage and problems at that UPS hub. If you live in Montreal, Canada, then you must provide alternate shipping address for me to ship to.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note you will be responsible for any import, customs, or duties taxes accessed by your government on incoming parcels. Failure to pay results in the package being abandoned in your country and I can't be responsible for that.

I do ship internationally and to date, no problems but I must warn you it's expensive. Since the US has done away with "surface" mail which was the lease expensive options, your package must go FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL (under 4 lbs, not traceable) or PRIORITY MAIL (very expensive, but traceable).

*CANADA / UPS UPS is now offering a wider shipping range, if you do not see the item offered to Canada please convo me and I can check rates.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS: All items are sold as-is and as described. Vintage items do have slight imperfections and wear as they are authentically vintage. If you need more photos, convo me and I'll do my best to accommodate. Ask questions, I'm very chatty. Did you know on Etsy you can ZOOM all photos? .

DAMAGE: High dollar items shipped UPS with applicable insurance. I pack like Fort Knox. If you are purchasing an item under $50 and desire insurance, please CONVO me.

LOSSES: I ship most items via Paypal where you can track the package. I use delivery confirmation and once that item is delivered, I've done my job. Please keep an eye on the tracking and address immediate issues to your mail carrier. I can't be responsible for items lost or stolen because you had it delivered to your work, or left on your porch for weeks.
