Revisions is a multidisciplinary design studio based in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Our objective is to create handcrafted, everyday pieces of functional art.

Artist Statement:
I enjoy creating a feeling of nostalgia in my work. Looking back into the past draws out inspiration in me. Even the simplest of objects were crafted with fine attention to details that are often overlooked in today’s mass production. By blending the line between art, fine craft and product design, I strive to bring into the forefront the beautiful details that objects of yesteryear exude. Taking an antique glass bottle or steel lock and recreating it in porcelain or transforming silverware into heirloom jewelry pays homage to the objects beauty and timeless form. A simple change takes the item out of context just enough for us to see it with new eyes.
