FAQ:
--Are your chargers compatible with my case?
Yes! But you have to let us know if you have a medium thick or extra thick case in the notes to seller upon checkout. We test our chargers with a thin case to be sure it connects. Some cases, for example, sometimes Otterbox, do not have enough space at the botom for the phone to charge with the case on. Please contact us BEFORE purchase if you have an Otterbox, a particularly bulky case, or the iPod classic if you have concerns about cases.
--Does this charger my iPhone 4s?
The new iPhone uses the same charging cable, so- yes!
--Does this charge my iPad?
The iPhone model does not. We do make an iPad model, but the standard docks should NOT be used with your iPad. Although the cable is the same, the iPad's weight and need for more support are an issue. Check out the iPad docks, or contact us for a custom request!
--How long is the cable?
Standard cable length is 3.5 ft. A bit of that length is "eaten up" by the book. We have 6 ft. cables available upon request.
--Can I still read the book?
The books are sealed lightly to provide stability to the dock. Your charging cable has replaced a section of the pages, which have been removed. We recommend you don't attempt to open and read the volume, as this will compromise it's stability, and it'll make for some pretty choppy plot and dialogue. :)
--Don't you think it's shameful to destroy books?
It was our love of books that inspired us to create these. We want them to be displayed and put to use. Many, many books are obsolete and discarded. This isn't going to change, it's going to increase. And, beautiful new books should not sit on a warehouse shelf, or be pulped. (Yes, brand new product is often pulped) They should be seen every day. We never use books that have significant rare antiquarian value, as we feel those ought to be preserved. We find our vintage books in libraries, garage sales, street vendors, thrift stores, used book stores, craigslist, other people's attics, garages, closets, or even in boxes on the curb. We started this because we ourselves were acculmulating what we'll nicely call an "excessive" collection due to someone's bibliophile ways. What we hope to do is 1. recycle and 2. keep books and great authors in the forefront, in your home and thoughts. We'd like you to see your booksi™ dock in the morning, and be reminded that you really did want to get around to reading Oliver Twist, and maybe it'll be this very afternoon.

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards through etsy.
We will accept a cancellation within 48 hours and refund your purchase, unless the item has already shipped.
Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available upon request at an extra cost. Please contact us. Expedited times take 1-2 days in the U.S. and 3-5 days internationally.
Normally, we send everything USPS Priority Mail, which takes about:
2 - 3 business days (estimated arrival time in the U.S.)
6 - 10 days estimated internationally. International orders of multiple items may be in multiple packages.
We do the best we can to provide efficient international shipping, but once a package leaves the US we have no control over the shipping time. We can only estimate the time, because all countries have different customs policies and can choose to hold packages for varying lengths of time, in some cases 14-30 days. We cannot be held responsible for items getting held up in customs in the receiving country and the customer is responsible for any duties. We will ship to the address you provide in etsy. We are NOT responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Refunds will not be given to customers for incorrect addresses. Feell free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our shipping policies.

Refunds and Exchanges
If your item arrives and you are not satisfied with any aspect, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO LEAVING FEEDBACK, and we will do everything in our power to correct the issue and make you happy. We are very committed to the products we make, and want you to love them as well.
Returns are accepted within 30 days, as long as the product is in new, working condition. The customer will cover the cost of return shipping. You will be refunded the cost of your purchase, less shipping. Please get authorization from us prior to returning the item. If the item is returned damaged we will not refund the full purchase. We will contact you to work out a solution. We offer a 3 month warranty on our products as long as there are no signs of misuse. If you have a problem outside of the 3 month window we will try and help you, typically we can fix your item for a small fee.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We test products for durability and safety. However, due to the electrical nature of some of the items sold, PLEASE use caution and common sense when using them. Please do not leave any electrical parts on or running indefinitely, as it is a hazard, and we will not be held responsible for any damage caused by misuse or neglect. And, of course, be careful when inserting or removing your device, and USE BOTH HANDS, one on the device, and one on the book. All iPhone, iPod and iPad charging docks are created to work with current and past models of the devices. We make no guarantee in regards to their functionality with future iPhone, iPod and iPad, or other products.
