To all CA buyers:
Paypal will add 7.75% sales tax to your order.

I accept PayPal and RME--Revolution Money Exchange.

To use RME--Revolution Money Exchange. Select the "other" option. Please send your RME payment to lauren [!at] ritual-bath.com. If I do not receive your payment immediately after your purchase, I will send you an RME invoice.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Flat rate boxes, so the more you buy the better the shipping .

If there is an overage on your shipping cost I will always refund you.

International orders will be shipped via First Class International mail for small items. Larger and heavier items will be shipped Priority Mail International.

Please make sure items are shippable to your country, I will not be responsible for products not allowed through customs. All international shipping fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

I currently do not perform refunds or exchanges, however if you have a concern about your order please feel free to convo me and I will do my very best to resolve the situation.

FAQs:
Q. Do your products contain preservatives?
A. My product that contain water or will be in frequent contact with water do contain a preservative that is paraben free. It is not safe to have a preservative free product with water in the ingredients.

Q. Are all your products Vegan?
A. Almost all my products are vegan, my Love lip balm and Love body butter do contain bees wax. Rendering them great for your skin but not Vegan.

Q. Where are your products made?
A. I melt, stir, blend, design, and label all the products myself.

Q. Do you accept trades?
A. At this time I do not accept trades.

Q. Do you wholesale?
A. Yes please contact me for my wholesale terms.
