Terrible Dragons wants you to receive everything you order in the correct amount of pieces and in the right amount of time!
Orders are generally shipped in 3-5 business days, depending on stock, or unless otherwise specified.
For orders within the USA, shipping will be via U.S. Post. (Contact me if you need a rush order or special arrangements).
Refunds and Exchanges
If something arrives damaged or broken, please send me a description of the item AS IT WAS when you received it, and the DATE you received it. Please include a simple PHOTOGRAPH of the damaged item ( you can reach me via convo, or at Terribledragons at gmail dot com) and I will do one of the following:
A) Refund you via paypal
B) If possible, replace the item.
or if desired,
C) Send you another item, similar to the one that was broken, with additional shipping charge. For example, if you purchased a cat figurine but it arrived broken, I would do my best to recreate the cat figurine, in the same color and in the same pose. You would then pay me the same price for shipping as you did the original piece, and I would send you the replacement.
IF YOUR ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE:
Yikes! :( Please tell me about it! I will contact whatever shipping agency was used and see what went awry. If your package is indeed lost forever in the Bermuda Triangle, I will refund you in the manner of your choosing.
-----I WILL NOT REFUND YOUR ORDER IF:----
A) The item is damaged or broken well after its arrival.
B) You cannot provide me with sufficient photographic evidence that the item is indeed broken or damaged.
C) There is no proof of purchase.
