5 out of 5 starsAlthough the original item never turned up, a message to the seller when it'd gone well over the est. delivery time, who responded quickly, sent one out which arrived quickly and exactly as described with a note apologising. (It's a small package, can't blame the seller for royal mail being careless!) All round fantastic service, thank you! :D

Seller was horrible with communication, did not answer several questions asked, never provided any tracking number. Worst experience I have had with any seller. Extremely disappointing. Paid for something I never received.

Payment
After a lot of hassle with customers using e-cheques and failed payments I am now only accepting paypal. Sorry!
I send the items out after the payment has been cleared.
Shipping
Please note that shipping is not tracked unless specified. Please message first for expedited or tracking as I will usually not be able to provide these after payment has been made. Once the package has left my hands it is in the full care of the mail system and I am not responsible for lost packages. That being said, please contact me to let me know if you do not receive your item.

Custom orders/made to order items will take longer to ship - a week on average but it depends on the item and how busy I currently am. You will be kept up to date on the status of your order.
