PayPal is the preferred payment method. Money orders and cashiers checks will also be accepted as payment but will delay shipping until the check or money order is cleared. Personal checks are not accepted.

Overseas buyers, Ayala Novelties will be glad to ship overseas to all countries worldwide. Express Mail and Priority Mail International shipping is available for most international countries. If you are interested in purchasing any item that are currently not available to ship overseas, we can make arrangements for shipping. Ayala Novelties is not responsible for tariffs or any issues that may occur with customs. Ayala Novelties has no control or solutions for lost, stolen or undelivered packages once the package has left the United States. If you are interested in insurance for you package, please let me know before purchase. Insurance fees are paid by the buyer and is available for Priority Mail International. First Class Mail International shipping can NOT be insured but can be registered.
Ayala Novelties will be more than willing to provide proof of shipping upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are made and inspected by me and only shipped to my satisfaction. Upon receiving your package, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me to return the item and your money will be refunded minus shipping. I will do my best to resolve the problem because I want my customers to be happy with their purchases. However, returned items must be in the same conditioned as received. Must be in resalable condition. We have the right, at our discretion, to decline any returns that are damaged, used or returned in unsalable conditions. Any personalized item will not be eligible for returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please do not give negative feedback before trying to resolve an issue. Negative feedback is very damaging and very unnecessary.
Patterns are not eligible for refunds.

Ayala Novelties will do the best to serve you. Wholesale is available for some items only. If you have a special request, please do not hesitate to ask. However, only ask if you are serious about making a purchase.Wholesale order minimum is 6 or 12 pieces per item. All request for special orders will have to be paid in full before the project can start.
