Ropa Vieja (ROpa vee AY ha) is a tasty Cuban dish of shredded beef in tomato sauce with olives and sometimes raisins, (I know, weird, but try it!) usually served with white rice, black beans and fried ripe plantains.

Literally translated Ropa Vieja means "old clothes" and that's what I'm servin' up here, along with some scrumptious sides of stylin' accessories and home decor!
