Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is your 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact me, preferably before leaving feedback. I will do whatever I can to resolve the issue! Items are handmade and I understand if I were to have a human moment and make an error.
Returns & Exchanges must be in NEW condition and received within 10 business days for full refund or exchange. Please contact me for shipping instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable! Customer is responsible for the shipping cost on any Returns/Exchanges.

Allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders (most the time I can get it done sooner!). If you need a custom order sooner, please contact me for availability and pricing. There will be NO refunds for custom orders!
