Our policy is to stand behind our products so contact us if you have any questions.

Payment

Payment in full at time of online purchase.

Shipping

Standard shipping is via 1st class mail. Products priced over $100 are shipped free with insurance included at no charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have any problems or issues within the first 30 days of owning an A.F.F. piece, simply return it and we'll refund your purchase price.

Please notify us immediately of any shipping damage.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All watches include a brand new battery. If your watch battery fails within the first 6 months, we'll send you a new one at no charge.
