Need a custom centerpiece? Tell me your ideas and I'll work to create what you need. I welcome custom orders.
I accept the following payment methods:
-UNITED STATES POSTAL MONEY ORDER -- UNITED STATES DOMESTIC MONEY ORDERS ONLY. (No international money orders accepted). If no money order is received after 7 business days from date of order, your order will be cancelled. Just drop me a quick note to let me know when to expect the payment.
FOR CENTERPIECE KITS:
I ship USPS Priority for US orders (2-3 days).
I also ship via FedEx for larger orders.
I want you to be completely happy with my products, therefore to make sure you are getting the highest quality, please allow 7 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be shipped.
**PLEASE NOTE**: If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please drop me a note. Unless I don't receive a note otherwise, your order will be shipped within the 7 business day window for standard orders.
You will only be charged for the actual shipping cost. The shipping cost posted is an estimate and will be determined based on the following factors: The Shipping Destination, weight of the completed order, packing supplies used.
PLEASE NOTE: If the order will be shipped to Canada, please notify me when sending your custom quote request. International Destinations require additional time for shipping transit. The additional shipping transit time for International Destinations must be factored into the time needed to complete the order to avoid the need to ship the completed order using a expedited shipping service.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges
All returns will be accepted if in the original packaging, unused or altered in any way. Returns must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt of the item. Every attempt will be made to prevent damages. If an item is damaged during delivery please notify me. Notification must be given of intent to return an item.
No refunds can be given on customized pieces or custom listings.
No refunds can be given after 14 days from shipping date.
Buyer pays all shipping fees.
Please contact me for more information on refunds if and when necessary.
