Hello and Welcome to the Royalpaca Farm Boutique !

As you scroll down you may wonder what these beautiful hand felted scarves, unique Swarovski crystal / fiber necklaces and decadent treats from my kitchen have in common?

Really it's just a few of my talents mixed up in one basket !

We live on a 2 acre farm about 50 minutes away from a big city...

We raise alpacas, and just a few angora rabbits for natural wool production.
Alpacas come in 22 recognized different colors. That's a lot to play with !

These animals don't get harmed for their fine fleeces.
The alpacas get shorn once a year in the late spring. After which they dance and prance around, as if they are thanking us !
And the rabbits actually just get pet every week and a little brushed, and their fine fleece just sort of falls in the hand! The rabbits seem to enjoy this too!

Felting is an ancient textile technique, one of the very first that Man had invented! Hand wet felting implies very hot water, a little mild goat milk soap, and lots of elbow maneuver.
Alpaca fibers felt marvelously!

Cooking is just a simple passion for me, I cook everyday, and invent dishes at least half of that time.

We are continuously striving to live a more eco friendly lifestyle with more time for self sufficiency and less time sitting in a car going to work !

We have a few gardens in the summer and a small “Green Room” in the winter , and eat what we grow as much as possible. Look out for my “Calendula Dream Moisturizer” made with Shea butter and Olive Oil, and home grown Calendula... Also a little something whipped up in my kitchen ...
