Rubickel's Shop Announcement

Thank you for visiting the Rubickel shop. Rubickel is a combination of my last name and my husband's last name.

I make pins out of upholstery grade wool felt and I also make handmade jewelry using semi-precious stones, pearls, and silver

I'm new around here, so I could use as many hearts as I can get - also, if you like what you see, please let your friends know - FB, Twitter, coffe shop, whatever. Thanks. I'd really love it if I could make things people enjoy enough to buy. I'm also open to any feedback - kind and constructive if you please - about how I can improve my site.

I love that Etsy is a place to offer the fruits of my creative labors. I've played around with so many different creative endeavors, from beads, to silver, to warm glass, to sewing, to....who knows what is next.

This is a side hobby for me - my primary art form is interior design, and you will likely see items for your home here and there on my site. For now, I'm listing some of the jewelry I've made over the last few years.

The newest addition are my " rubickel felties". I love the Rubickel Felties - Feltie Buttons are little pins made from concentric multi-colored circles adorned with stitching or sequins. They can be worn alone or in a flock of two or more.

The pin structure is buried between two layers of felt, so the back is as pretty as the front.
