Our office hours are 10am to 12am GMT, Monday to Friday. We get a large volume of messages on a daily basis and are often dealing with a massive volume of work, so cannot reply immediately. Please send only one message and wait for a response as sending more than one can mean your reply is delayed as it bumps your thread back up to the top! We try to set aside time to reply to message 2-3 times a week so we'll always get back to you.

Please be aware that the wait time is approximately 12 days for custom items and can be up to 4 weeks for design and manufacture of larger wholesale orders, excluding delivery time, so your patience is thoroughly appreciated :)

We are more than happy to accomodate custom orders if you send us original artwork or a photo as inspiration, in fact it's one of our favourite things to do! Please don't send us other people's designs or copyrighted logos to replicate though, we do not tolerate plagiarism of our own work so we will not reproduce someone elses work for you.
