SaraAmrhein's Shop Policies
Hello and Welcome!
The goal of my work is to merge art and fashion and create one-of-a-kind pieces that make a statement and express confidence. I consider myself to be an artist and for me making jewelry is like creating a sculpture that uses the body as its 'pedestal' so to speak. I am also obsessed with color and the way it effects our mood, our personality and the way different colors change and effect various skin tones, therefore, I am devoted to experimenting with unusual combination's and creating pieces that make the wearer truly unique.
The main material that I use in my work is polymer clay. I find the versatility and flexibility of the material, as well as the endless possibilities it offers to be irresistible. I also love that I am able to manipulate it and create anything that I can imagine, meaning that I do not have to rely on pre-made art or jewelry making materials, but rather I get to create these elements myself.
My designs are created with the strong, confidant, outspoken woman in mind. She is style conscience but busy and likes statement pieces that complete her look without having to over-think her accessories. Her easy wardrobe is turned extraordinary with great accessories.
At this time I am only able to accept Paypal, but that of course means, any major credit card.
If you choose to cancel your order before the item is shipped, I will refund the full amount of the item minus the .20 cent Etsy listing fee and any fees incurred as a result of the cancellation, such as the paypal transfer fee or any other fees involved.
All items will be sent regular Italian mail. I will process all orders immediately and will always aim to ship within 2 days of purchase. If there are circumstances beyond my control (holiday weekends which may different from those in your country, workers strikes:) etc.) I will always communicate that to the buyer as soon as possible. You should expect to receive your item with 10-14 days of shipment.
If you need faster shipping that is absolutely no problem, please let me know and we can work out a different price.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is damaged or broken due to shipping I am more than happy to replace it. If you could just send me a quick photo of the damage that would be great, that way I can assess if its worth it for you send it back to me for repair (I will of course reimburse the cost of shipment) or if it makes more sense for me to make you a new piece. However, because all of my pieces are one of a kind and made by hand, I will not be able to make the exact same piece but I can do my best to make something as close as possible.
If an item arrives to you and it is not what you expected lets talk before you submit your feedback. I will always try my best to resolve any problem!
I want you to love anything that you buy from me! My work is my life, my passion and my livelihood, therefore, I only ask for the opportunity to makes things right if necessary! Thank you for understanding!

All of my designs are made with the highest quality materials possible with the utmost care and attention to detail. And while polymer clay is generally very durable and easy to care for, it is also vulnerable to damage if not properly cared for. Just like other clay based products like ceramic or porcelain, polymer clay may break or crack if dropped or if heavy objects are placed on top of it. I recommend storing your piece in its box when you are not using it.
To clean your jewelry a damp cloth or Q-tip can be used to wipe items down. You can also use a clean dry paintbrush to remove dust and reach small crevices. Polymer clay is waterproof, however, I usually do not recommend wearing your jewelry while doing things like washing dishes or showering.
