Thank you for visiting my shop! If you do not find the answers you seek below I would love to hear from you and answer any questions you have or clarify any information.
My jewelry is meant to be enjoyed, and the act of obtaining it should be a happy and pleasant experience as well.
I will always do my best too keep my customers smiling.

Payment

Payment is due at the time your purchase is made. If a purchase is not payed for within 48 hours the transaction will be canceled and negative feedback left.
*Attention* due to some recent "bad apples" I now must require payment within 4 hours of purchase for buyers with NO feedback. If you have a problem with pay pal please contact me immediately! If no contact or payment is made I will be forced to cancel the sale and leave negative feedback.
Terms for custom orders will be agreed upon before the item is made, in most cases payment is required up front.

Shipping

Items are packaged in cotton filled craft paper jewelry boxes and are shipped in quality bubble mailers. All items shipped within the United States are INSURED and sent first class mail via the USPS.

International shipments:
Are sent Priority Mail flat rate envelope.
International buyers please be advised that you may or may not be charged an additional customs fee or import duty tax by your post office. Due to legal reasons, I must declare the actual value on customs forms and will not misrepresent the contents of my parcels, or falsify a purchase by marking "gift" on said form.

All items are shipped within 2 days of payment (usually same or next day).
*custom orders are shipped after completion of the requested item*


In an effort to conserve paper, no invoice will be sent with your item. You will receive an email containing a transaction report/invoice from Etsy as well as pay pal that can be printed out as a recite.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please contact me to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Do not return items without contacting me first! Item must be returned unused, in mint condition and in original packaging and will be shipped at buyers cost, no refunds will be given if the item is not received (so I recommend you ship insured). Once the item has been returned I will refund you your full purchase price (less shipping). You must notify Sarah Lynne Designs before returning any items. I do NOT accept return on custom orders.

This is a gift, how will it be packaged?
All items come packaged in a lovely gift box. I can send a card along with a personalized message at no extra charge, just ask!
