Please contact us if you have any questions regarding an item or your order. Our inventory is always changing and moving from instock to out of stock. If you see something previously sold but do not see it currently for sale, let us know and we'll try to get it back in the store as soon as possible.
Did you see an ornament, you'd like as a magnet or something else? Let us know. Everything in the store is made by us and can easily be changed, most of the time.
Got an idea for a product? Let us know. We can't hand out royalty checks but if your idea comes to fruition and ends up in the store, we'd be happy to give a discount or something special.
At this time, we only accept Paypal. We can accept credit cards, and e-checks through Paypal's trusted and Secure website. If you cannot pay, please contact us immediately. And, please note, e-checks take 7-10 days to clear, so if you want your order fast, don't pay with an e-check.
Unpaid orders: will be canceled after 7 days unless you properly notify us.

All orders are shipped USPS. Please note, reserved listings and larger orders may take an extra day or two to create and get shipped.
Combined Shipping: We can often combine orders to save you money, but this is not always the case. We can also combine shipping with orders from www.gluejunkie.etsy.com Please inform us if you need combined shipping quotes and we'll provide them ASAP. Please convo us if you have any others questions about combing your order.
International customers: We love you too, but please remember that there may be a customs duties or fees present at the time of delivery and you are responsible for the cost. Also, due to import regulations of some countries, we may not be able to ship to you. We refuse to mark our items as gifts on the customs forms, it is illegal, so please do not ask us. And lastly, First Class Mail International is not a trackable service, so please convo us if you need tracking, but it will cost more.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the package has been torn or damaged please take a photo before opening so we can file a claim with the shipping service.
Standard listings: will be refunded if you order the wrong item, but you must pay for the return shipping and will not be refunded the original shipping price. Standard listings are any listing that are already in inventory, and listed at a specific size, shape, color, etc..
Reserved listing and custom sizes, colors, engraving, etc...: No refunds unless item is damaged or incorrect! These are made to order, so make sure to check and double-check the measurements, color, and spelling BEFORE you submit your order, as most are made as soon as possible after we receive your order.
