Welcome to my Sawdusted world. If you find something that makes you smile, I hope you take it home. If you have questions, I will give you my best answers. I am excited to listen to your desires and dreams for custom items so don't hesitate to ask. If you can't find something you saw previously, let me know. I may be able to make another just for you. Feel free to peek at items that have been sold. I can usually recreate the handmade projects you see listed and will be happy to quote you a price.

I combine shipping on multiple items ordered at the same time whenever possible and pass the savings on to you. You do not have to do a thing, it is automatic. Shipping overages in excess of $2 will be refunded promptly after your item(s) ship. There is more information about shipping and refunds in the Shop Policies section. I would appreciate your looking them over before purchasing from my shop.

I use recycled and salvaged lumber and packing materials whenever possible.

I'm busy catching up on order until June 6. Any order placed after May 30 will ship on June 7. Custom orders placed after May 29 will be started on June 6. I'm here for any questions or concerns.
I make all my wares one at a time in my garage/wood shop. I cut the lumber, sand and do all the painting, staining and assembling. I am a one person operation and feel my eye for detail and desire to make a quality product and offer it at a fair price are my best attributes. All items come from my smoke free, feline friendly environment.

Payment

I accept PayPal or credit card through PayPal. Please message me if you are interested in purchasing with a money order.

Shipping

I pack carefully, and ship through United States Postal Service.
Shipping totals are estimated and based on the best option available offered by USPS for your package size and weight.

I automatically combine shipping costs on multiple purchases when made at the same time when I can package them together and refund the savings to you. I will happily upgrade your shipment to express; just message me and I will send you the corrected invoice to cover any additional fees charged by USPS.

Any shipping overage in excess of $2 will be refunded to your account promptly after your item has shipped. You need not make any request, it is automatic.

I do not ship on Saturday. If you order on Friday your package will not ship until the next Monday (unless it is a USPS legal holiday). Thank you for understanding.

If you are an international customer outside of the United States and have found something of interest in my shop, please message me for further information. Thanks a million.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will provide a full purchase price refund if you are unhappy with your non-customized/personalized merchandise for any reason. Your refund will be issued upon the safe return of the item(s) to me within 45 days of your purchase in the condition you received them. Custom orders including personalized items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and are eligible for partial refund only; please contact me prior to return. You will still be responsible for costs of custom stencils if they apply to your order. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on all purchases.
Any non-delivery issue of your purchase must be reported to me within thirty (30) days of your receipt of a confirmation of delivery notification from me.
