Welcome to Sea and Cake! All designs are original and handmade by me. Each piece is created uniquely with lots of care and attention. I spend hours upon hours searching for the perfect gemstones and components to use in my pieces! I am happy to take custom requests so please contact me if you would like something unique and beautiful handmade. Gift wrapping and a gift note are available upon request for no additional charge.
I accept paypal and credit card. WA residents pay sales tax.
Every order comes packaged in a Sea and Cake gift box, in a bubble mailer. I will ship your item in 1- 5 business days. Packages sent within the U.S are shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking which takes 2-5 business days. International packages are sent via first class international mail with customs tracking number.
If you need your item in a hurry, I have a couple of options for expedited shipping in my 'rush order options' section. Please contact me if you need more information.
Please make sure that the address on your invoice is correct. Items will be shipped to your Etsy address. If you would like items shipped to a different location please notify me in “Notes to Seller”. No refunds or credits will be given for items lost due to incorrect mailing address.
International delivery times vary. It usually takes 7- 28 days depending on the country, but can take longer depending on time spent in customs and the time of year. Some countries, such as the UK will incur customs fees on items over a certain value. It is the buyers responsibility to pay your country's customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days and I will do my best to resolve the issue. Refunds, minus shipping costs will be issued upon receipt of the item back to me. Items must be returned in original packaging, in original condition and shipped with delivery confirmation. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send anything back without notifying me first. If an item gets damaged in the shipping process, I am happy to repair it and will pay for all postage.
Custom orders are not refundable.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you need a small repair I am happy to repair your item for free. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you. If you need a large repair there will be a small fee for the cost of supplies for me to fix your piece.
Please keep your jewelry away from water/soap/chemicals. When not wearing your jewelry please store it in an airtight bag to keep the precious metals from tarnishing.
Caring for brass jewelry:
All of my pieces are individually handmade and may vary slightly from the photo. Gemstones may vary slightly, in shape and color and contain slight natural inclusions. Colors on computer monitors may look slightly different than in person. I do my best to present all my items as accurately as possible. If you have additional questions regarding sizing etc, please do not hesitate to ask before placing an order.
CHAIN LENGTH: I will add up to an additional 5 inches of chain for free. If you would like 6+ extra inches added to your chain, I am happy to do so for a small extra charge (usually $3-$5 total). Please contact me before purchasing for an exact quote.
Size of chain is measured from clasp to clasp so an 18 inch chain will factor in the length of clasps included in the piece.
Most items can be made in sterling silver instead of 14k gold filled (or vice versa) at no additional cost. Please contact me beforehand if you would like this.
