RECONSTRUCTED JEWELRY AT RETRO PRICES.
Most of the pieces you see here are made from vintage and recycled jewelry parts. I love to give these discarded but still beautiful pieces a "second story." My main technique comes from years of making rosaries for the missions - using a simple spool of 20-gauge wire and some traditional linking techniques. Like the medieval guildsmen, I sometimes introduce tiny mismatches to remind everyone that this art is created by an often imperfect human, not a machine.

For about a decade, my hemptress daughter GaiaBlue (who posts her hemp jewelry at http://www.greathemp.net) has been selling my jewelry at music and art festivals. But now that I have more leisure time, I've set up my own Etsy shop. How do you like it?
