Machine wash using any temperature of water, avoid bleach. Tumble dry or hang to dry. Do not use fabric softener. Washing instructions are included with each order.

Gift wrap with a notecard is provided at no additional charge. At checkout there is a "note to seller" box. Let me know that this is a gift and tell me exactly what you want on the notecard. If you tell me the occasion, I will customize the notecard too, for instance baby shower or new baby gift, birthday gift or wedding gift.

I offer discounts for bulk orders (large orders). The discount increases with the number of items ordered.

When used as single layer wipes, all of the fleece fabrics will roll or flip in a bit on two sides when washed. Larger wipes roll less. Bamboo terry, bamboo velour and hemp French terry wipes do not roll.

Double layer wipes all lay flat after being laundered, regardless of the fabric.

Sensitive skin wipes: Any fabric with bamboo, but especially the bamboo fleece and velour for those with the most sensitive skin.

Oil Cleansing wipes: Bamboo hemp fleece single layer, bamboo fleece and hemp French terry double layer, bamboo terry is also a favorite.

Baby wipes: Any/all of the fabrics work great for babies. Bamboo wipes are the softest.

Kitchen use: Bamboo hemp fleece, hemp fleece and double layer hemp French terry are my favorites.

If you have any concerns about a package that seems delayed in arrival, please let me know. The post office will sometimes have more information than we do from the tracking and I will try checking on it from my end.

2021 - USPS delays are a problem. I've extended the estimated shipping estimate to reflect this real possibility. Please contact me though if you are becoming concerned about a late delivery.

If something manages to damage the order send me a message and a photo if possible. Keep the packaging just in case it is needed at the post office or for insurance. If after viewing the picture(s), I decide I want the order back, I will cover the return shipping. A refund for damage will include the cost of the order and the shipping.

Orders are almost always ready to ship within 1-3 business days. A cancellation is possible up until the time that the order has been shipped. Occasionally, an order may be ready to mail within a couple hours while most other times it will be a day or two. So if you haven't received a message that the package is being shipped and you wish to cancel, then just send me a message.

Bamboo Fleece and Bamboo Terry - best match is white, natural thread is a close second.
Bamboo Velour - best match is natural, bone is a close second.
Bamboo Hemp Fleece - best match is natural, bone is a very close second.
Hemp Fleece - best match is bone, natural is a close second.
Hemp French Terry - best match is bone, natural is a close second.

All fabric is prewashed in hot water using scent free laundry soap and dried using hot heat to preshrink. I do not use fabric softener or a dry sheet. The finished size of my wipes is a little bit bigger than the stated size, just in case they shrink a little more after a couple of washes. The size listed is the final size of the wipe you will have.
