Q - Is everything in the shop ready to ship, or made to order?
A - We have ready-to-ship items in every section in the shop: organic nap mats, bibs, dresses, picnic blankets, balsam sachets and more. If an item is ready to ship it usually says so clearly in the title. Other items are made-to-order, and turnaround time is from 3-6 weeks, approximately, before shipping, depending on the item.
Q - Do you do wholesale or consignment?
A - Not at this time.
Q - Is a rush service available on made-to-order?
A - Spring/summer is our busiest season and we are not offering rush service right now. It will be available again in the fall.
Q - Do you accept custom orders?
A - Except for custom felted pet portraits, all of our custom order spots are filled until end of June / early July. Please contact us if you are interested in a custom order.
Q - If I order a few items in combined shipping, or my order turns out to be cheaper to ship than I have paid, how do I get a refund?
A - We have a firm policy to refund any unused shipping charges with PayPal promptly. We only charge clients actual shipping rates + packaging.

Q - Why are your nap mats priced in 2 categories - what is the difference between them?
A - We have 2 categories of napmats - the $139 nap mats are 100% organic, with certified organic tops and certified organic batting layers inside. Our $119 nap mats have certified organic undersides, but use natural untreated cotton batting inside, and cotton fabric tops.
Q - How do I order an organic pillow sham and/or organic blanket to add on to my nap mat?

Q - How do you price your picnic blankets?
A - We scour lots of places for reasonably priced Marimekko fabric, special vintage fabric and fresh gingham cottons - we price each blanket according to what we have ourselves paid for fabric. So we pass along savings to you - that is why we have a great selection of Marimekko blankets in rare, collectible fabrics which sometimes sell for more than our whole picnic blankets do!
Q - Do you stock fabric? If I see a fabric I like on something, can I use it to have something else made too?
A - We specialize in limited editions and one-of-a-kind pieces and we don't stock large quantities of fabric. That is how we keep our line fresh. Sometimes we can use fabric you see in a blanket for a car seat organizer, for example. But not always. Just ask!
Q - Is everything shipped tracked and expedited? How do I know what shipping method I've paid for?
A - Expedited + tracked shipping costs more than economical, letter or small package shipping. And postage rates have just gone up. Each listing details whether your order is sent expedited + tracked, or by letter or small packet air without tracking at a more economical price. We let every client know their shipping method by convo (message) for every single order. And we give you a chance to change your shipping method if you prefer.
