Welcome
Hello and welcome, all items are handknitted by me and are made with love.
Most are my own designs but if there is something you would like knitted i'm always up for a challenge!
Payment
I ask overseas buyers (I'm in the UK) to pay by paypal, but UK buyers are welcome to contact me to arrange to pay by another method.
Shipping
I always post first class or airmail. I always obtain proof of posting, but if you want registered or recorded delivery for extra security, please ask.
I aim to post the next day after the sale at the latest.
Local buyers are welcome to collect and pay cash on collection
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm proud of the standard of my work so hope refunds would never be necessary. I cannot be responsible for losses in the post but I will always try to assist with proof of posting. If you change your mind about a purchase I will refund the purchase price if it is returned to me in the same condition it left and is resellable. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of postage.
