Frequently asked questions
Are there any circumstances under which you will accept returns?
It is of the utmost importance to us that every one of our customers is happy with, and excited about his or her order. While it is our general policy not to accept returns, if a customer writes to us *prior* to placing her order, depending on the circumstances, we may make an exception to this policy. We do, however, maintain the right to uphold our exchange only, (no returns) policy. That said, if a customer has any problems with his or her order, we very much encourage her to write to us so that we may have the opportunity to work with her toward a positive resolution.
In what kind of condition are your pieces?
We try our best to be completely transparent about the condition of the pieces we offer. In the "item details" section of each listing you should find a condition rating ranging from "excellent/like new" to "fair." An explanation of how we classify each rating can be found at the bottom of the listing description.
Please keep in mind that all of our pieces are vintage and, therefore, nearly all have been owned and used in the past. Some amount of "vintage wear," however minimal, should be expected.
