Other clothing options are available for each design in our shop and at an additional cost. We also carry Tank Onesies, Long Sleeve Onesies, Infant T-Shirts & Toddler Tees. You will find Ordering Instructions/Links for these options by scrolling through to the middle section of each listing or by clicking on the tab labeled "Clothing Options" on the left hand side of our home page.

If you are looking for a different size or color, please contact us in advance & BEFORE placing an order to see if we will be able to make it for you. Special size and color requests will take an additional 3-7 days to fill as these items will have to be ordered.

*If you are concerned that the size you are ordering may not fit, please order up a size to be safe. Everything is made to your exact specification, as in size, color, text. etc. and because of these reasons we do not provide exchanges/refunds if you make a mistake in ordering.

*In some cases a color option is available. If you order an item that has this option and do not list your color choice during checkout, YOUR ITEM(S) WILL BE MADE AND SHIPPED USING THE DEFAULT COLOR NOTED FOR THAT LISTING.

You may contact us to request a "RESERVED LISTING" for custom sizes, designs, quantities, colors, etc.

All of our designs are available in multiple quantities. If you need more than one of the same item, send us a note and we will adjust the quantity for you.

Everything in our shop is made using transfer material and a professional heat press. Due to the nature of heat transferring, the images/text on your garment may crack slightly over time or when clothing is stretched. Please take this into consideration when purchasing from our shop and note that refunds will not be provided if cracking occurs as this is a normal effect of heat transferring.

A care label will be attached to your garment, please read and follow washing instructions carefully to maintain durability.

S H I P P I N G:
We ship all items within 3-7 days after receiving payment and in most cases we will ship much sooner. If you need an item by a certain deadline, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to make sure we can have it to you in time. Rush shipping is available upon request and at an additional charge. Otherwise, we ship all orders USPS First Class which takes 3-4 Business Days. Please allow 1-6 weeks for International Delivery. International orders are usually received within 3 weeks, but can take longer in some cases due to hold ups at customs and your postal service. We can only take responsibility for when we ship your item(s), not when you receive them. Standard International Shipping does NOT come with a tracking number, if you would like to track your package, please contact us before placing your order to request PRIORITY shipping.

We DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges unless an error has been made on OUR part. In which case, we will do everything necessary to correct our mistake. We're sorry, but we cannot provide you with an exchange/refund if you make a mistake in ordering. We will send you exactly what you order, so please note the details for your order carefully.
