Hello and welcome to Silky Prudence. Pull up a chair, make yourself comfy and help yourself to a nice hot cup of tea. Here you will find hand knit and crocheted bits and bobs; from luxurious scarves and cosy neckwarmers, to funky cuffs and pretty corsages.

I work with modern and vintage yarn so a lot of my pieces are limited to a small amount - some of them will be one offs, others will be one of a small run of maybe 3 or 4 - it all depends on how much yarn I have at any given time.

If you see something you like but not in a colour you fancy please feel free to convo me and I'll see what I can pull out from my magic stash.

I aim to ship within 3 days of purchase; 1st class recorded post in the UK, airmail Everywhere Else. The lovely lady at the post office has informed me that items dispatched Everywhere Else can take up to 10 days to arrive, but are usually quicker.

Overseas buyers - I accept Paypal only.
UK buyers - I accept Paypal, cheque or postal order. If you wish to pay by cheque please note that your item won't be sent until your cheque clears.

Please note that I do share my home with two moggies and while every care is taken to keep my materials and finished products away from them, I am aware that some people suffer from allergies - PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND.
