For the last 6 years, Silver-Maille has been a prominent stockist of Chainmaille supplies in Australia. We focus on selling quality materials, and in depth tutorials to allow everyone the opportunity of learning the old art of chainmaille.

Payment

Paypal only is accepted.

Shipping

Tutorial PDF files ship free. These will be emailed within 24 hours of receiving payment. All supplies ship via Australia Post. We will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding Sundays), but please allow 2-5 days for delivery within Australian, and International customers, please allow up to 21 days for your package to arrive. Customers are responsible for all customs duties/fees charged by your country.

Refunds and Exchanges

Tutorials: Due to the electronic nature of our items, there are no refunds available. Files may not be shared, copied or resold.
Supplies: Items not as described can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Change of mind returns will be refunded less shipping costs. Items damaged in transit must submit a claim first with the postal service, and then contact us.
