SimmonsCreek's Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to our Etsy Shop! And welcome to Simmons Creek! We are so glad you stopped by. Here at Simmons Creek it is our mission to never send out something to our customers that we don't use ourselves. Everything in our shop is handmade by either myself or my husband Geoffrey. We take pride in our products and when you purchase from us, you can feel secure in the fact that you are getting 100% top quality products at a fair price.

Payment

We accept all of the options of Paypal as well as cash or money order. I'm sorry but we cannot accept personal checks. I don't have the time or the money to deal with returned checks. Thanks for understanding.

Shipping

You will notice that ALL of our items up in our shop are FREE SHIPPING! We are not out to gouge anyone with our prices or shipping, so we figured this was the easiest way to go, both for our customers and us.

Refunds and Exchanges

Food products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please email me for any other issues that arise.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of our spices are available in larger amounts. Email us for further information. We will be happy to oblige.
