Welcome to Simply Harris! Where you can find handmade hair appliques that are versatile enough to use on almost any head band. The straps on the back of the soft felt base are securely sewn on one side and have a snap sewn into the other end so that you can even attach them to elastic headbands. I search for unique and vintage embellishments so many appliques are one of a kind.
