Return Policy: We will accept returns on items purchased as long as the buyer pays return shipping. Purchase price only and no shipping and handling costs will be refunded. Sorry, no refunds on custom orders at this time.
Custom Orders: Due to the busy holiday season - Custom Order Cornices take approximately 3 weeks from the time of order for us to get your custom fabric and then complete your build. Chandeliers are finished as orders come in. Currently we are limited by weather conditions as to how fast we can complete your chandelier. Please allow up to 3 or 4 weeks to receive your product. We always strive to get your product to you as FAST as we can.
Shipping Methods: Most of our orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. We will be happy to provide you the tracking number for your reference on all orders shipped this way. Occasionally we ship USPS if it is more cost efficient. A tracking number may not be provided to you if we utilize this service to save on shipping costs.
