Very cute and love the colors and materials but way to small. Picture makes it look alot bigger. I thought $13 was high but was doable. Then upon checkout it was another $5 to ship plus the tax. I hit wrong button and purchased. I sent seller a message to cancel because of the cost but neither happened, got charged way to much for tinny rattle because of the misleading photos because order didn't get canceled. I'm finding ETSY to be a rip off with everything iv bought. Now I have a high valued rattle that my baby could care less about. $5 would be more fair price.

Hi Jennifer, My shop has been on "vacation" mode during tax season, so just to clarify: 1. You purchased 2 rattles, in 2 separate transactions. You messaged me your desire to cancel one of them (the order# appears on the convo), I promptly cancelled your order & refunded all monies. You NEVER contacted me about the other order, so you hit the wrong button TWICE (?) 2. Shipping was $4.04 via USPS-they set the rates 3. Stating the photos were misleading indicates you believe I was purposefully deceitful & that is offensive. I have never & would never do so. (rattle is approx. 6" long x 3" wide) 4. You don't know the cost of supplies, nor the time it takes to create each item. If you think all of Etsy is a "rip off", you don't value handmade items.

I am a part-time Accountant and full-time Mom to two really awesome kids (well, truthfully, they're basically adults).....:0)

While raising these two spirited kiddos, I separated from the Air Force, moved with my active duty hubby to Georgia, and put my GI Bill to good use! I earned my bachelor's degree in Accounting and went back to work. The problem was, while I LOVE accounting....yes, really.....I missed taking care of my family and volunteering for their many activities. So I quit! Yep, I packed it up and went back to work for the three most important people in my life. While it was wonderful and rewarding, that didn't pay the bills....lol. I decided to look for a way to express my creativity, make a little money, and apply my business degree. So I started Simply Stitched by Sara.

I quickly discovered that many store bought baby items just did not meet my standards, nor were they made with fabrics that caught my eye. Having grown up in the north woods of Wisconsin, I love the outdoorsy, woodland vibe, so I did a bit of research and purchased my first batch of custom fabrics. I started designing my own bibs and burp cloths, which I created to be more functional and something you definitely can't find in stores!
