Payment
I accept PayPal. I also happily accept personal checks and money orders from US buyers, but I do wait to ship out all goodies until after these payment types have cleared.
Payment is appreciated immediately, but expected within 3 days.
Shipping
I ship USPS First Class and USPS Priority. International shipments are sent via USPS First Class International. Items listed as “ready to ship” will be mailed within 48 hrs of cleared payment. Items that are “made to order” will (in most cases) be mailed within a week of cleared payment.
Need it in a hurry? Just convo me for rush order options.
I only charge actual shipping. It is sometimes difficult to estimate, so if I find upon shipping your item that you paid more then $0.50 over the actual shipping charges, I will refund you the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
I put my heart into crafting my items and take much pride in the quality of my work. Because of this, I am confident you will love the goodies you receive from me! However if you are not satisfied with any of my products, I am happy to offer a refund on any new, unworn, unused, unwashed item returned to me within 7 days. I will issue the refund when I receive the item back. Please just convo me for my return address and so that I know to expect the return delivery. (The refund will be for the amount paid for the item less the shipping/insurance costs.)
