Welcome to SnappinStudio, I am so glad you have found my little shop...
Each piece is handmade for you, a family member, friend, or your pet... with high quality metals, with style and comfort in mind. Measurements are often listed in our descriptions, along with the most accurate description possible. Recycled materials are used if posible in my packaging.

I accept payments through PayPal, cash, or personal check. Your order will be in the production queue once your payment clears. For first time buyers or those who'd like to pay with a Credit Card and not use a Paypal Account, please visit this link:
Pieces paid for via Paypal's ECheck will not ship until the ECheck has cleared. If payment isn't received within 3 days of your order, I will sadly assume you aren't interested and cancel your order.
I know the feeling - you want your item as quickly as possible... I am the same way and impatient too!
I ship Monday-Saturday, mail is usually picked up around 11am. Please allow 5-7 business days in non-holiday seasons and 10-15 during times like Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Fathers Day for your item to be customized once payment is received, or convo me about the order for specifics.
Per Paypal policies, items will be shipped only to the address on your Paypal account.
-DOMESTIC items are shipped USPS (first class) unless you request/pay for a different service, such as Priority or Express. Delivery Confirmation is often included.
-INTERNATIONAL customers, your item will be shipped USPS as well
Finally, as much as I'd like to, I cannot control the postal service and cannot be held responsible for postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or holdups at the customs office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Many of my items are custom-made, so refunds will only be made if the item is damaged and a replacement can't be mailed. However, mistakes sometimes happen - if you catch my error on your custom tag, I will gladly re-make the same tag for you and ship it at my expense.
If it is not a custom order and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please convo me to arrange a refund and a way for me to get the item back.
Open communication is key here- I try to portray everything at SnappinStudio as accurately as possible so there are no surprises. I ask that you communicate what you're looking for as correctly as possible so your needs are met.
