5 out of 5 starsThe end.product was suitable. I did feel that even if I changed my mind on the color.scheme shortly after placing the.order, it could have been accommodated alot better. Still wasn't what I hoped for but they were cute.and gift able.

Can you rush my order
We can almost always rush an order if you need it quickly. You can add the rush order link:

What if i didn't read the size and materials used for the bank, Can i return it.
No. It is so important to read the full description before ordering.
Can you provide a proof
Since our items are custom made at the time of ordering, I can not provide a proof of my items.
Can i receive a picture before shipping it out.
Because of the large orders being made we are unable to send a photo, but we will add the text exactly as it is written in the order notes.
Can I cancel.
Within 24 hours of placing the order.
When i receive my bank and there is a mistake or it's broken.
MISTAKE:
If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it or it arrived broken, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we are not responsible for issues with an order. If the order was made with the notes you left and but the notes you entered were wrong, I will not remake or refund an order.

ARRIVED BROKEN:
If the bank arrives broken while in transit, I'll need pictures of the entire box and the piggy bank to replace it. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. Customers are responsible to go through all received product within the given (2 day) time frame.
