Soap On A Whim is what we call the soap division for our business which is called Mathair Earth, which is 'Mother' in Gaelic. We make most of our soap using the cold process method in small batches using only the finest ingredients, fragrance and essential oils. We use only sustainable palm oil. We have developed recipeswith great lather, moisturizing & other properties of the various fine oils and butters we use, plus the natural glycerin that is part of a handmade soap. Many of our scent options are our own custom blends. Our soap is packaged using coordinating papers and our own hand-dyed ribbons. It arrives in a glassine bag. Most soap bars are 4.5 - 5 oz. in weight.

Our Body Butter features organic and fair trade shea butter. We also use a variety of other oils for the individual properties they add to our butters and lotions. We use fine botanical extracts such as Orchid, Chamomile, Green Tea and Ivy. We offer a plethora of scent options. If you have a particular scent request just convo us and we'll let you know if we can make it for you.

We combine shipping charges and refund overages over $1.00. Please see our shipping options for more information. Soap and Body Butter items are heavy so Flat Rate shipping will be very economical if you purchase several items at one time.
