Shop Hours: 8:45am- 2:00pm Monday-Friday. Convos are also answered during non business hours during Monday-Friday. We are closed Saturday/Sunday...All Holidays. Convos will not be checked during this time.

I ship Monday through Friday via USPS First Class mail. If your package weighs more than 13 ounces, it will automatically be bumped to Priority shipping. Per USPS, first class is only for 13 ounces or less. You will receive an email notice when your order has shipped.

♦♦♦♦INTERNATIONAL ORDERS♦♦♦♦
Merchandise (straws, treat bags, popcorn bags, cups) will process & ship within 1-3 business days. Custom items (hand stamped utensils, labels, flags) will take approximately 3-7 business days. This does not include shipping time. If you have a deadline, please contact me BEFORE PURCHASING. I am not responsible for items that do not reach you before your event/deadline if we have not made prior arrangements or if you have not paid for rush shipping. In my experience, international shipping has taken anywhere from 7-21 business days.


♦♦♦♦LEAD TIME ON HAND STAMPED ITEMS♦♦♦♦
My current lead time on stamped utensils is 3-7 BUSINESS days. This does not include shipping. Once your item is purchased & processed, it will then take me 5-7 BUSINESS days to stamp & allow them to dry. Large orders will be based on the quantity, 1-2 weeks approximately.


Delivery generally takes 2-5 days. If you have a deadline, I will send your package ASAP. Please let me know your event date in the notes to seller. Once I ship your package, it is out of my hands and onto USPS. I hope and pray that you receive your package but sometimes things happen that are beyond my control.
