I apologize that I have been unable to update my shop due to medical issues and surgery. I plan to add more items as soon as I am able. Thanks for your patience.

My name is Frances Perdew from Santa Rosa, CA. I've been creating handcrafted artisan jewelry for many years, beginning with my eBay store. Versatilty is important to me, such as a removable pendant on a handcrafted necklace. All of my necklaces come in sets, I provide matching earrings with every necklace. Superior customer service is also one of my top priorities.

In addition to wire wrapped and gemstone necklaces, earrings and bracelets, I also create prong-set Earrings, Necklaces, Pendants, and Rings using Precious Gemstones, set primarily in Sterling Silver, but available in yellow or white gold by special order. I will be including these pieces in my shop from time-to-time.

I am a proud contributing member of Self-Representing Artist Jewelry Designers (SRAJD) Member #1814.

Welcome to Sonoma Gemstones Custom Designs. I design and create custom jewelry pieces just for you using Genuine Gemstone Beads, Freshwater Pearls, Quality Metals, and Swarovski Crystals.

Payment

Payment is due within three (3) days of purchase. Please read Refunds Policy and ask any questions before purchasing. I answer all emails within 24 hours.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment, and I also accept Revoluntionary Money Exchange (RME) and domestic money orders. Please allow 7 days for receipt of the money order before shipping.

Shipping

SHIPPING
All items are shipped USPS AIR MAIL, with delivery confirmation. Due to the economic downturn (to put it mildly) shipping and handling is currently FREE of charge. I combine shipping for all items paid with a single invoice and paid within three (3) days from the first item purchase date.

US Postal Service Insurance Fees are optional. Please convo me for fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email me and I will correct any concerns. Any item(s) may be returned for a refund within 7 days of customer receipt. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
