Payment

At present PayPal is the only accepted method of payment.

Complete payment is expected at the time of purchase. No items will be shipped until payment is received. If payment is not received within 3 days the transaction will be canceled.

Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to make arrangements for an item to be put on lay away.

Shipping

Free Shipping! Shipping within the US is now free.
International shipping is $6.00

All shipping is via the United States Postal Service.

I strongly encourage you to purchase insurance on your items as I am not responsible for any damage that may occur in transit.

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

If you wish to add insurance please let me know in a message when you purchase your item. I will send you a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

My goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction. I want you to be extremely happy with your purchase. You may return any item for a full refund, less S&H, within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition and returned by either FedEx or USPS insured mail. For returns after 14 days please contact me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

None of my jewelry is mass produced. Most necklaces and bracelets are one-of-a-kind. Other items are made in limited quantities.

If you see something you like that is not available please contact me. I do accept custom orders. A non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be 10-50% of the cost depending on the item.

Warranty: I will repair any piece with 1 year of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for shipping both directions. Depending on the repair there may be a small fee to replace any lost elements (i.e. silver components). In the event of any lost components I reserve the right to substitute a different component if need be based on my current inventory.

Gemstone Enhancement Guide: The Federal Trade Commission requires all sellers to provide all information pertaining to the enhancement, with the exception of cutting and polishing, of gemstones. Many gemstones may be enhanced. I buy my stones from reputable dealers and try to disclose all enhancements. Below are some common enhancement codes and their definitions.
[D] Dyed - the introduction of coloring matter to give a new color, intensify its present color or improve is color uniformity.
[H] Heat treated - the use of heat to effect desired alteration of color, clarity and/or phenomena.
[IMIT] - imitation - manmade products designed to imitate or resemble the appearance, but not duplicate the characteristic properties of a natural gemstone.
[MM] - manmade - fabricated products.
[N] - Natural - stones which are not known to be currently enhanced.
[S] - stabilization - the use of a colorless bonding agent with a porous gemstone to give it durability and improve appearance.
[Syn] - synthetic - manmade materials which have essentially the same optical, physical and chemical properties as a natural occurring stone.
