2012 Holiday Giving: Yes, I am repeating our war on hunger. Again this year for every stocking sold, $2.50 will go to feed hungry families in Western Kansas and Eastern Missouri. I was so thrilled last year when, despite not being able to start Christmas stockings until November, I was still blessed with amazing customers and response. Together ($2.50 from every stocking purchased) we donated $650 to Harvesters, Kansas City's Food Pantry. Due to Harvesters phenomenal leveraging power. They are able to provide 5 meals for every $1 donated. Quick math: with my awesome customers, we provided 3,250 meals last year. I can't wait to see what this year produces! Sincere thanks to each and every one of you!

I'm truly honored to have been a featured designer for the 2010 Better Homes & Gardens Holiday Crafts edition and for my wine bottle bags to be featured in Food & Wine and most recently as a featured designer in Simply Handmade's first all-sewing edition.
