Not worth $80 and the communication is horrible.

Three months late. Two months late shipping, then wrong tracking number given. When I ask for them to help find the parcel on their end they never replied. No communication to help. After all that some cheap item made of fishing wire that's falling apart.

I'm going to preface this review by stating that if you want an adorable, vintage Beatrix Potter mobile for your little one, look no further. The item exceeded our expectations in every way, and the artist (Ashley) even customized the piece to our preferences, making it coordinate well with our decor. As a new mother herself, she let us know from the onset that her shop would be closing temporarily and consequently slower upon reopening to accommodate her new arrival. We waited for our product, and we're so glad that we did. When our order arrived, it was also accompanied by a hand-written note thanking us for our business - it's little things like this that make a seller stand out and an experience a favorable one. I would definitely recommend her work to mummies in search of a unique and special addition to their nursery.
