All of our items listed are newly made and ready for fast shipment!
All USA orders will be shipped out ASAP with delivery usually between 2-5 business days depending on your location. For larger orders, it may take a few days more.
I also offer USPS EXPRESS shipping upon request. Please contact me for express/overnight shipping rates.
Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees. Check with your country's tax regulations to see if there will be any additional fees before making your purchase. I will not be responsible for these fees in any way and will not issue a refund because of them or cover any additional costs for you. I have no control over what Country's charge duties, taxes or levies or any other type of fee after your package leaves my hands.
International orders are shipped ASAP with USPS first class mail. Delivery times very depending on where your item is being shipped. Most everyone receives them very fast but there is always a chance of your package being held up in customs for several weeks. We don't have any control over USPS shipping delays after your package leaves our hands so if you are experiencing a delay in your shipment please contact USPS.
If you would like to purchase insurance or registered mail, please let me know ahead time and I can do this for an additional cost. I can not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods after I ship the items, so please consider shipping insurance and be sure that your "ship to" address is to a secure location.

Rush orders: USPS EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipping (3-5 business days)
***For International shipments, Packages can be held at your local Customs Offices for days or weeks before the notice is sent out to you. We don't have any control over this. Please check with your local Customs Offices if you don't receive your package in normal delivery time to avoid any delay.
***Please choose the size or color if necessary, in the "note to seller" section when you place the order. If you forget the choose the size or color when you place the order, you can send a message to us with the size or color information later. We will send message asking for size or color information if we don't receive any information from you in a few days. Please understand that we can not prepare your order without the size or color information if it is required. Orders without necessary information will be held until we receive the required information.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns for your choice of either "in store credit" or "exchange for another item" as long as you email us within 3 days of receiving your item. The item must be in new condition, perfume free and returned with all tags and packaging. We MUST receive a message through etsy conversation for your return within 3 days of receiving your item. Then we will assign RMA number to you and you need to follow our shipping instructions. We do not credit the cost of shipping.
***All buyers are responsible for all shipping, store credit returns and exchange your item shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.
Due to the mostly one use nature of our items we do not offer refunds back to credit cards.
Please take advantage of our excellent customer service & ask any questions prior to making your purchase if unsure about an item or description. All questions are answered asap.
