I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to ask me any questions or let me know if you have any trouble!
I use Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout (accepts major credit/debit cards) as my primary payment method. I also accept Etsy Gift Cards. If you need to pay by check or money order, please contact me and a deal will be made on an individual basis.
Please make all payments in full within 48 hours of placing an order unless you have contacted me with information stating otherwise and we have come to an agreement together.
I ship first-class USPS.
If you need express or priority shipping, please contact me BEFORE purchasing and we will work out a plan that works for both of us.

I do take custom orders within reason. Please contact me if you desire such a thing and we will come to an agreement together.
I work weekdays only, so your patience is appreciated if an order is placed late in the week. Please know that I will not be working on any projects during the weekend and all orders (creating and processing) will resume on Mondays unless you have made special arrangements with me ahead of time and/or if there is a special notation in my shop announcement stating otherwise (i.e. if my shop is on vacation, etc.)
Turnaround times vary. Most of my mobiles are made to order and your patience is appreciated. I am a "one woman" operation and do my best to get orders out in a timely manner, but sometimes business can overwhelm and it may take a bit longer. Please allow for approximately a week before your shipment goes out (sometimes I'm able to get orders out in the next business day or two, sometimes it takes a little longer). If you need an order by a specific date, please message me ahead of time and more often than not, I am able to accommodate.
