Please email all photos to be used to (anna.speaker@yahoo.com), and reference the listing/transaction number. Also, please keep in mind that not all photos are created equal when considered for particular applications. It is helpful if you send more than one photo, with your 1st/2nd/3rd/etc choices marked. That way there is a back-up if your first choice cannot be cropped in a way that will be appealing. If there is any question, I am happy to send you a preview of your personalized item before shipping.

Many of my items are made with 'found items'...an eclectic mix of metals, findings, beads, stones, etc., making it difficult sometimes to duplicate a piece. However, if your wish is to purchase several of an item, please 'convo' me. Difficult does not equal impossible. ;)

Shipping: All orders ship within 2-3 business days of payment. Or, in the case of personalized items, within 2-5 days. I'll never make you wait if I don't have to. :)
