Items are shipped by default via registered Hellenic Post Airmail service, one(1) working day after receiving full payment. This does not apply to customized or tailor made ordered items and in any case where it is otherwise stated.
All items are carefully packed and shipped within a discrete packaging and a tracking number is provided for every order.
Items are not insured by default. If you wish to have the item(s) insured before sending please contact us.
We combine shipments in case of multiple items purchase and can provide lower shipping rates. Please contact us in advance.
Delivery for EU countries is 4-12 working days, for the rest of the world 5-20 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any problems of the post service, but in any case contact us and we will try our best to help you out.
We cannot be held responsible where a delivery cannot be made because the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address.
